Crenshaw Gardens is a 49 unit, mixed use, family affordable housing development built in close proximity to the nexus of the Exposition and Crenshaw Metro stop which is located 300 yards south of the site. The new building features 5,000 feet of ground floor retail space designed for restaurant users or office and retail tenants. The building is revitalizing this block of Crenshaw Boulevard, complimenting the Crenshaw Beautification Plan and implementing the latest architectural guidelines embodied in the Crenshaw Boulevard Specific Plan.
