The Gordon

Located north of Sunset Boulevard, The Gordon lies in the heart of Hollywood. Featuring views of the Hollywood sign and the Griffith Park Observatory from the upper floors, The Gordon also sits across the street from a newly built city park.  It has convenient access to Hollywood’s many urban amenities. Completed in July 2013, The Gordon is a 21-unit family community. The building features multiple eco-friendly components including the use of drought tolerant plants and a high efficiency irrigation system for landscaping. The building also includes a courtyard, terraces, patios, an on-site laundry facility, a community and computer room, a manager’s office and generous pedestrian circulation.
